Ok so my father gave me his 75 gallon tank setup. It needs new parts.... what kind of filter do I get? Biowheel? Canister? Sump? He said the current pump is super loud. I want something nice and quiet too. :confused:

it show that its only rated for 607 gph... isnt the general rule 7-10x the gallons of water is what you want the gph to be?
