I had a crisis this morning,i purchased a black percula clown fish yesterday for my son's 29 bio-cube,i have the firefish in the tank along with a yellow tailed blue damsel,the firefish and the damsel got along fine,but when i put the clown fish in the damsel started going after the clown...

tank looks great but the sand bed needs work.imo

i noticed a long white thing n my glass today. this is the first time ive seen it. my tank has been up for 5 weeks now. it has stuff like hair allalong its body. any ideas?

my calcium is really high,i was told by lfs to wait on doing pwc on my 75gal tank.I'am converting mt tank over from fowlr to reef and just started tseting for phosphates,calcium,carbonate hardness along with everything else.they said to wait until the corals absorb some of the calcium.Just...

had my cc starfish for a year went through a tank crash (do to overstocking rookie mistake)had to take it of main tank it ate everything in sight.so i setup a seperate tank just for him.have another star fish in him and three yellow tailed damsels,2 hairy crabs.

my trumpet coral is turning brown,any clues is why this is happenig?

if feeding was the problem,then why do they say(in the books i've read) to feed them 2 times a day?also i don't give them alot when i feed them,comes out to about feeding them once a day,and they eat everything within 3 mins.

well if it was do to over feeding,would'nt the ammonia level be on the high side also,or over stocked,i only have 10 fish in a75gal tank,yes maybe some of the fish are on the big side,like sal-fin tang 6 inches in lenght,foxface maybe 6.5 inches,blue hippo tag 5 inches the rest are smaller in...

but if it does the job then isn't worth it? I tried evrything else,so why not try this.

my sleeper goby does the same thing...he scoops up sand in his mouth and dumps it into a pile.....i always thought it was normal for gobies
