does having live sand and live rock make it easier or harder to care for? or does it make a difference?

this is true lol. my current crayfish is almost always tryin to climb out. i had to rearrange my tank so he couldnt haha

This worked completely fine for me. The crayfish only gets to be about 5" long, and the redtail shark helps keep the tanks clean of any small bits of left over food.

get an electric blue crayfish and a redtail shark. This worked out well for me in a 10 gallon tank till the crayfish died of old age.

using a deep cycle battery u can get upwards of 70 amp-hrs with one battery for the same price. all depends on how nice you want it to look and how long you need it to run for

go out and buy a $50 (max) ups made to power a computer for like 5 min (just so u could properly shut down), go on youtube and search aquarium ups or homemade ups. all you have to do is replace the small battery in the cheap ups with one of the deep cycle batteries. sure the larger battery wont...

I just finish making a pvc overflow for a ten gallon sump for my 29 gallon tank, can I just put the filter that hangs over the back in the sump and still have it work just as well? Thanks, Mike

Just planted my 29 gallon tank with some brazilian sword plants. i have 6 neon tetras 6 black neon tetras and a red tail shark. do i need to do anything different now that i have live plants in them? like what will help my plants do well/ not die lol Thanks!
