I've got a serpae tetra that seems to have gotten fin rot due to the ich outbreak in the tank. His tail fin is basically gone, will it grow back? I don't want the fish to suffer and surely that has to make it difficult to swim.

I've moved my cory's to a 3 gal tank all on their own to see if i can prevent them from getting it. If this ick were to overrun my tank and finish off my tetras should i break down the tank and steralize it with bleach or would a couple of weeks with 2tsp of salt per gal and 90 degrees of heat...
