It's a common pleco, I know it will get to big but I have plans for it.. I used TSS so it says you can fully stock tanks. All I ask is if my levels are normal.( I already know about the nitrogen cycle)

I used declorinater upon startup, 24 hours later added TSS,betta and pleco. Day 4 added 5 cherry barbs.. Day 6 test results are 0-0.5 ammonia...0-20 nitrate....0 nitrite... 8.4 pH(added pH decrease at 8pm). So that's where im at now.... Is this normal?

Lol everyone... Ummm my pond is abount 30 feet wide and about 17 feet deep and I'm not sure how cold it gets but bass and catfish are able to survive. Even the little ones such as perch. And again I won't release him untill he is too big for my tank. Or if I get this job I've been trying to...

Okay...... So I have made my final decision.... I am keeping the betta,pleco,and all 5 cherry barbs because the betta don't mess with them and they don't mess with him..... I will be putting the pleco in my pond when he gets too big......now, does anyone have anything to pick and fight about...

Well I just added the fish today so no I have not tested it I will be taking a water sample to petsmart tomarro. And yes I did use aqua safe before the 24 hour wait time that safestart needs.
