    Slight Murky Water

I did a 25% water change a week ago. And of the two filter cartridges was really thick, so I tried to clean it, but it just was so bad I had to replace it. And Mr. Algae strikes again! I looked at my glass top and it was filled with it. I scraped it all off and the water looks alot better, but...

    Slight Murky Water

Hi everyone, for the past few days I have noticed that my normally clear water in my 29 gallon tropical tank has had a murky tint to it. I am running a Penguin 200 Bio Wheel on it. I have three suspicions as to what it is: 1. I had to stir up the substrate because I accidentaly dropped in to...

Very Confused Yellow Tang Tank Size

Hi everyone :) I have been researching alot lately and planning a big saltwater tank, and of course ran into a few bumps. The biggest is the constant controversy about the Yellow Tang's minimum aquarium size. It's my favorite fish so if I was going to setup a large aquarium, it would be a must...

    Small tangs?

No I'm sorry :( The minimum size for a tang is 75 IMO and that would just be for a smaller species like a Tomini or Kole. But there are a few dwarf angels that are absolutely beautiful like the Coral Beauty or the Flame that could do very well in your tank:)

    clown fish vs green chromis

Haha its ok your researching ;) and lets see if this was my tank I would do the diamond watchman goby, and it would probably only be one of those 3 at the end unless you would upgrade eventually but probably the yellow tang because they get the smallest:)

    clown fish vs green chromis

Well as long as its in a odd amount its usually ok but if possible I would still get more ;D and very cool what kind of other fish are you planning on adding?

    clown fish vs green chromis

How big is your tank? 2 clownfish (if you are referring to Ocellaris) would do fine in anything 20 gallons and bigger but I would personally not do just 3 green chromis maybe like 5 lol.

They are doing fine, but are EXTREMELY picky when it comes to food. They will only eat one brand of shrimp sinking pellets and bloodworms...
