Can anyone suggest a hardy anenome that will do well but still be fairly nice towards my other corals

I have 14,000K 250W MH and 4 NO actinic05 They are in mid level on rocks and directly under the MH light about 20" below water level. How do they move? Is there anything I can do to assist them to spread. Thank you again

I feed them, Fresh mussles, brine shrimp, and clams. My lights turn on at 8 AM and off at 8 PM they are 14000 K and 4 05actinic NO flouresent. I never moved them because I figured they would move wherever they wanted to. Thank you for any help

Where is the best place to put my stripe grren mushroom colony? I have them on a rock in mid level, And I was wondering if they should be on the sand bed? It's just that they arn't preading very fast on the rocks and Maybe they spread faster on the sand? Thanks for all your help

Where is the best place to put it, I'm running 250w MH and the tanks 30" deep, Also do they like strong current? How hard are they to care for? My LFS didn't seem to know too much about them and I haven't found too much on the NET.

Has anyone ever used one of those Hot tub Filters?They polish the water down to 20microns and have a 25cuft surface area on the filter. Looks to me like an oversized (MAGNUM 350) What are your thoughts? Thanks for your opinion.
