Yeah but it will eat plants as my apple snail did but I have bristlenose loaches which keep my ocean rock clean and cichlids tend to clean coral sand by spitting it out and sucking it up but all won't completely go

I have ocean rock and coral sand and all my cichlids love it

Not sure of amount but got labs, mbunas, acais, 2 frontosas, cuckoo catfish, 2bristlenose, and some more not sure of names

Nope very silent and I've got loads of mixed but they all hide as soon as see me unless feeding

I want it up to like 8.2 . I've got this aquadur stuff but it makes water dusty.. Also coral sand is meant to make ph higher? Maybe try some ocean rock,?

Hi I currently have set up a 56 gallon cichlid tank and need advice as had a little driftwood in there with coral sand and slate. I checked my ph and it was 7.2 so I took it out and left for one day then checked water again with out it and it is still the same so need advice why my ph is low?
