N believe it or not i run tap water n just a canister filter. o n of course a hob skimmer! My tank has never seen rodi water.. so much easier to care for. but its about 5months n btween pics. untill i have a major problem I'm not changing anything.

The only time it ever moves is when i redo the rock work.. but for most part it stays right were it is at. its just recovering from getting sucked up in the powerhead. the suction cups failed and it fell on my rbta:banghead: i haf a green one that would not stay put for nothin !!

I use the kent 2part dosing but for sum reason i can't find the big bottles anymore .I'm tired of buying the nano kit.... if u have any experience with this stuff i would like to hear about it. thanks Karl .. will get pics up later

brackets Rutrag is absolutely right. I usually make my brackets on order,because tanks r diff height and depth. But most standard are 18-24in tall 18in depth r the most common sizes I get. All depending on the setup up of tank,stand and lights really depends on how I would build the bracket...

What is the purpose of the plant hanger? If ur light r still touching ur tank. Plant hangers not a bad idea I guess.but when it comes to putting a tank off the wall or towards the middle of a room, plant hangers deff wouldn't work.. well either way good luck.. the most expensive part for mine...

One more pic. This is the best way I know for looks and style without the holes in the ceiling or wall. And if u have a dimmer like mine. I put my light about 4in off of my tank so I dont have all that extra light coming over the sides. But I only have an oceanic cube 37g with a 120w led on it...

I'm back!! With some shots of my tank. Its totally diff now. Well long story short I split with my kids mom and she put the tank outside on one of the coldest days in Nov. Called me 3hrs later and I could only save very few coral and one fish. Since then I've down graded to an Oceanic 37g.

I have an Orange 1 about the size of a softball and a lil blue one. I just have them laying in the sand bed. I don't Target feed them. I shoot photo-feed in the circulation pump. I've had the Orange 1 about a year now and the blue 1 for about 6 months. Here r the pics
