I have to quarantine a regal tang just for observations until I see that he is ready to go into the display tank. My question is my quarantine tank is a 20 long, is this going to be suitable living for the tang or is this going to do more harm then good?

They come in all shapes sizes and color so I would have to say no but im not sure what annomene you have, or lighting on the tank.

Well I guess im 2 for 2 on luck then, IMO Kick Ich works well, I have had 100% sucess with it 2 times.

I've medicated in my display tanks people say kick ich doesn't work well it works well enough for me haven't lost a fish coral or invert and no signs of ich. I'm guessing it could be hit or miss for some people.

The problem with ich is you could let you tank go fallow for 8 weeks and cure all the fish of the ich. And then switch them back over to the dt. But if you buy any fish from you LFS u have to qt even if it doesn't look like ich is apparent. One slip up and it's back but you might not see it for...

Thank you I was checking everything water levels seeing if anything was in my air tube. Ill was the food off with a couple of rinses from the tank water. Never would of guessed that.

Water from the DT follows a pipe down to the sump tank from there you have what type of filtration you want in it eg protein skimmer, Bioballs, gloss pads, Then you have a return pump. As for making it easier for water changes I dont know about that.
