I did I just like good discussions and heated ones usually get the most notice. BTW the guppies are now moved the 1.5 was just temp till I got my filter and heater back from my neighbor his craped out. I just thought about the topic as I was setting back up.
I do vary his diet feeding him peas an such but he just loves to eat a little guppie every now an then about two a week . I think he looks better for his coloring is some of the darkest red I've seen on a beta.
Here he is he's just two in. But loves to uproot my long grass plants. So far he seems to like the lettuce. As far as his favorite hangout he moves around the tank. The tank btw is 125gal.
I'm assuming that it would be a must to put something like lettuce in my tank to stop a craw fish from eating my plants. Would this be a correct assumption.
Your right there is a bubble rod on the front of the tank but i see no other indication of any type of filter either. But the crystal clear water cooler next to the tank makes me mad, not to mention that the fish are more than likely hating it too. That is if they can see that far out of the tank.
I am getting rid of them. I'll have to fumigate the apt. and move my tanks to the porch. It's just as i'm bagging clothes to treat them i've been tossing the ones i find in the tank.lol
My appartment has recently come under attack by bed bugs. I was wondering if the bugs would hurt my fish? Reason... My angels have taken to eating them like candy and go absolutely crazy every time one gets in it like shark week in my living room.
He's not now i had to put a swordtail of mine down and did the betta at the same time. I ended up using the temp shock method boiling ver. I had to build myself up to it and had to add water to the pot 3 times :(
The first was just your cheap run of the mill colored rock ( you know the one's with the littlle sharp edges) DON'T USE!!!
