some of the stores have healthier looking types of fish while some of th e others have healthier looking other fish

i currently have fake plants in my tank. i was wondering if real plants are a lot more effort and wich are the easiest and least expensive to have. thanks

that stocking list should be fine ive kept all of those fish together. but thats only me!:thumb:

changed my mind. i think im going with corys instead of khulis. how many should i get

ive got about 7 different lfs to choose from and the cheapest that i found neons for were 1.95 each, wheareas the cardinals were 8 each. so i could buy 4 neons for each cardinal.

now ive read and heard that neon tetras anrent very hardy but i was wondering if cardinal tetras are any hardier thanks

ok what about 5 guppies 3 platys 1 dwarf gourami and a small school of neons(or something that small)

would these be alright for an 18 g tank 5 danios 4 guppies 1 pearl gourami and maybe somthing else that stays small

what about guppies,platies,mollies and swordtails? would they get along with a dwarf gourami

would a school of zebra danios(im planning to get 7 of them) get along with a dwarf gourami?:confused:

thats really wierd danios are normally the herdiest fish i know

how does this combo sound to u guys? 6 zebra danios 1 male betta 3 khuli loaches and then a school of 4 or 5 other fish(suggestions?)

im not sure if i want to get a bumblebee catfish or some khuli loaches for my 18g tank? ive had khulis before but never bumblebees. which of those two are the more hardy species? and how many of each shoud i get

which of those fish should i put in first? the platys?:confused:

i found that out the hard way. i put my male betta in a 15g tank with 2 small clown loaches,3 guppies, 2 zebra danios, and a black widow tetra and then the next morning i had no guppies left!:(

hi im busy cycling my tank and just wanted to know if the following fish would be alright for a 18g tank. 4 zebra danios 2 platies 2 guppies 3 black widow tetras and some sort of loach or catfish(any suggestions) thanks heaps in advance:p
