what do you mean by Salt creep? It sounds like u may be using screw in connectors without plumbers tape. Recommend you get some plumber tape and redo seat your connections.

Keep your corals and rocks away from the front. It will scratch easily. That is really the only issue with acrylic tanks.

The e27 54w LED lights allow for adding one at a time and they cost between $38.00 and $100.00 depending on light frequency. I have two on my 155 gal pointing at teh corals and they as so much better than my MH.

The new led lights are cheap and awesome. Look on ebay for the e27 lights, they fit stamdard sockets and all u need is a $6.00 hang light
