Don't want to ruin it but that's your urchin pooping! Maybe you could give him a little privacy next time. ;-)

    need help with clowns....please

Your on to a loser with this one. Two different types of clownfish will not pair or even get on with one another. If you have a big tank you may (possibly) get away with it. You need to get rid of one and replace it with the same type as the reaming one and make sure it's considerably smaller...

    For the photo lovers!

I could only dream of that! The fact I can only fit in a 29g probably saves me a **** of a lot of money though! ;-)

    For the photo lovers!

It's a 29g jbj nano cube. It's pretty much the same as a bio cube. I'd love a bigger tank unfortunately I don't have the room so this serves it's purpose.

Is my Bubble Tip Anemone dieing??

I'm no expert but I would not panic just yet. Anemones take a while to settle in. Just keep an eye on it and I'm sure someone will come along and offer a bit better help.

    Yes, good idea.

    Wave 15 pico build!

Sponge is ok but it looks like bubble algae to me. Take the rock out and get rid if it in the sink and wash with old tank water. If you scrape it of in the tank it gives of spores and it'll end up everywhere.

    Not bad for an iPhone!

    maroon clown?

Yes this is a good tactic and will almost definitely help. 24hrs should be more than enough for them to introduce themselves to one another without stressing the new clown too much in a small environment. Be prepared for this not to work out though. The Maroon is the most aggressive of all...

    maroon clown?

If it has been housed on its own for any length of time it is more than likely female. If yours still is not that big then it's difficult to tell which is even more reason to put a small one in. It covers both bases then.

    maroon clown?

You need to get a smaller one for definite. A clownfish will never turn back to a male therefore there is a chance you could end up with two females. This will not end up with a good outcome. Better that you put a juvenile in so you know at least one is male. If your existing one is male then...

    Wave 15 pico build!

Goby yes, clown no. But it's only my opinion. Some may say otherwise. Nice tank by the way, good luck!

Help! Losing my mind with this ammonia

Ok sorry I didn't realise you had the other filtration. One thing I would say though is that those filters need regularly cleaning, once a week at least. You also need to change the media often too. If your not careful nasties can go back into the tank from them. Extra live rock will still...

Help! Losing my mind with this ammonia

Wow, I think I see your problem! There does not look nearly enough live rock in there. How many kg of rock to litres of water do you have? 1kg of live rock to 10 litres is a general rule but I like to have more because the porosity of the live rock can often vary. I have about 14kg in my 110...

Help! Losing my mind with this ammonia

What about getting some good quality cured live rock to help it along. When I set up my last tank I did not even go through a cycle with this stuff. Parameters have been spot on ever since. If you can't fit any more in maybe swap half of it. If it is good quality live rock that will definitely...

Help! Losing my mind with this ammonia

If it was a new tank 3 days would not even start your cycle let alone complete it. If it was a used tank, the move probably created a lot of die off of bacteria. It would be struggling to catch up.

    Clownfish fight!

No they all start male and the dominant will turn female. It's just teething problems. I would not worry unless it turns particularly nasty. Give it a few weeks and they will pair.

Does anyone know where to buy clams online or stores in the midlands, uk please? Can't seem to find any anywhere and I'm desperate to get one.
