I curently have 150 dual vho's on my tank and my new metal halide bulb is very yellow it seems to me, its a 10,000 K, thats all i really know about it the box doesnt say however is there a more blue bulb?
Ok first of all you must use either RO or DE-IONIZED water for a reef, i think that RO is a little better however you cant really have a reef at all with tap water and thats probably why your anemone's didnt make it. Also what is your lighting and specs etc...

he has gone under a rock and hasnt moved for over a week now? He still gets big and gets small over and over again like normal, but he hasnt got any light. I need to move him off the rock to a higher place, should i just pull him off?
yea the tank is to small, but within in 3 months and my 55 gallon is ready my tang will be ready for the switch over....anyways...he ate lettuce i put in there and he ate a ton of it..YAY
