65 Or 75 Gallon on main floor?

From what I researched no matter what the tank is out on only the edges will touch the flat surface there is always an air pocket for support so manufacturers simply cut costs I guess by not having to fill out an entire metal stand. One more question would placing like that thick pink foam under...

    Bio wheel annoyance

I've never really had any complaints about the bio wheel filter except for this: after a waterchange when I fill my filter with water than plug it in, once the flow resumes it shoots a bunch of debris into my aquarium. And I was wondering if there are any solutions to this problem, or if any one...

    My first tank!

Just my opinion but you don't need fertilizer or dirt if you just have low lighting and low light plants, such as java fern or java moss. I think planting an aquarium can be as simple or as challenging as you want it to be good luck :)

    Changing from gravel to sand

I changed all my sand at once which I later found out was a mistake but live and learn right, from recommendations on this site I used pool filter sand. I love the look of it and its large enough grain that it doesn't cloud up your water when its disturbed, make sure though if you replace all...

where do buy light without hood for cheap?

Before you make a decision you should let others chime in and research yourself, it should be fine though to just sit on the glass

where do buy light without hood for cheap?

Its not bad for either fish or plants. Unless they're specialized leds they won't go plants but they're not harmful to either fish or plants, they're just not optimum for plants. 35$ is about as cheap as its gonna get imo if you're thinking of growing plants but I'm no expert.

Remove almost all the water from your 29 gallon just leave a small layer on top of the substrate to save the BB. When you're driving put the aquarium in between your seats in the aisle...
