Ok so this morning I looked in my tank and everything was pretty normal. An hour later I went back and found my algae eater sucking inside my gold mystery snail's shell, and the snail body just lying on the gravel (outside of the shell :/ it was a horrid site by the way and it didn't smell too...

So we got some little snails in our fishtank,we have 3 of them. I can only find 1 of them right now. Since they are really small, they blend in with my gravel so I have no idea if they are living or not. Any suggestions on what to do? I don't want them harming my fish.

Yesterday, one of my tiger barbs died. Right after it died, I froze it up in the freezer to prevent it from stinking.....I later observed it and saw that half of his tail was gone. Is this a sign of fin rot or major tail nippers? :blink:

Ok I know that algae in an aquarium isn't enough food for a pleco. I've never owned one before, so I'm wondering if cucumbers are safe for them to eat. :huh:If so, can they eat it raw if I wash it very well with hot water? Or do I have to boil it first?
