ya lr would be a good enough source of bio filtration thats wat i use and ive got no problems u can even get a dsb. ur gonna need a good filter too tho. id go with a protein skimmer.

i have a good one in my area, the lowest prices around. at one place live rock costs 9.99 a pound(canadian) and at the i go to they charge 4.99 for cured or uncured. they charge much less on the fish than the other place and they have a knowlegable staff.
