The filter cartridge is new but the water was foggy before with the old filter. I'm sorry but I do not have the equipment to know the specifics of the water chemicals. I am stumped. I have a 75 gallon freshwater tank. It's always been pretty clear and suddenly the water is very foggy. You can barely see the filter tubes in the back.
