    Is my ranchu blind?

    Is it possible that my ranchu is blind because the "wen" is covering the eyes? I ask because it looks healthy and always hungry but it always hangs around the same spot in the tank. My water parameters are all ok. My comments would be great.

    Does the tail and scale grow back in time?

    Hello. My fantail goldfish got "sucked" by the powerhead for like 15 mins. The tail is slightly shredded and a vey small part of the scale is removed. The fish is very active and no sign of it being unwell. Does the tail and scale grow back in time?

It seems to be working but do you need to put the air hose supplied through the Venturi unit if doing reverse flow? Also, in reverse flow, do you really need a sponge...
