how do I get rid of them I don't have a clam that they are eating. Will they hurt a torch coral? I have a wrasse in the tank. Why doesn't it eat these things?

I found these ALL over my tank last night. There are 1000's of these guys. They move like a snail and stick like a snail too. Does anyone know what exactly these are? Are they good or bad?

No LR add since set up.

I have had cleaner shrimp in my tank since the start. But now they are disappearing??? The only thing new is a wrasse in the tank. Is that fish eating my shrimp? Other residents: Yellow tang Bi color blenny dragon elk horn crab hermits snails feather duster torch coral cup coral

I got a fairy wrasse and added him to my tank. I am getting nervous...because I have read other places, wrassess eat feather dusters, craps, shrimps etc. Looking on this site I have found many of you with both in the tank. Should I remove the wrasse?

No, I don't have any other corals but mushrooms and feather dusters. They are all on their own. I changed the water flow to see if this helps.

I have a xenia pulsing coral. It is not standing up straight, not pulsing and looking thin. It has been in my tank for 6 months. It has spread and seperated out, but now all the branches are thin and limp. It has not lost any polps. None of the branches of died yet. Water: ph = 8.3 NH...

No changes since post. They look great but not reactive. I have not seen the beauty messing with them ever. I just don't get!

I got SeaCure. I put in 1 drop per gallon. I also got melaFix (antibacterial remedy). Yes, I got a test kit, what is the best dosage? Where should the copper level be at?

No I have them in the QT. Nothing else in there. I followed the directions on the copper. Do you know when I should see a change for the good. Because I can't stand to see them this way..... :(

Well I ran to the LFS and got some copper. I don't know it may be too late. Too bad evenings you don't live closer I would go and treat your guys. I hope it works. I'd hate to be known as the mass murder of her salt water fish !! :2gunfire:
