I play drums and sometimes when my band is over our practices get very loud. So i was wondering if it would be realistic to have a fish tank in my basement where we practice. I am really worried about any stress being caused on the fish through vibrations from the instruments.

Freshwater definantly live plants and large predator fish like gar and maybe a fire eel, and catfish, and more big fish.

My friend used to have what he called a needle fish, he fed it feeder fish? Is there another name for this fish/predator? I think he said he got it from Petsmart?

So an Oscar might be my best option, just to clear things up live guppies or pellets? My LFS sells guppy feeders(and it's not Petsmart or petco) and I would have them quarantined. What is the best option for the fish?
