Get an aqueon water changer or a python, will help more then you can imagine.

Finished cycling amm-0, trite-0, trate-20, took one month with seeded filter media. Pics to come

I did half pfs and half black diamond in my 55, and love the mixture.

Ammonia dropped to 0 in 24 hours, dosed back up to 4, will test again tom, finally progressing

6.8 is the tap, it pretty much always is around 6.8-7

Checked ammonia at about 21 hours or so went down to 1, dosed back up to 4. Will check tom

30% water change dosed it back up to 4 from .50

My ammonia is dropping to 1 from 4 in about 2 days. How often should I do water changes I'm worried about stalling the cycle. (fishless)
