I gave it a go and so far so good. Added a sail fin tang silver belly wrasse and humbug last night after catching him and putting him in bucket for an hour and moving all the rock around putting all the fish in then him back and I can tell a difference to when I put fish in last time. Cheers

Why no bioballs. I have bioballs and thought they help to maintain the tank alongside the sump and skimmer.

I had the same. Flame angel was in tank very happy then two days later it was having trouble breathing and died. Sorry for the loss and hope it didnt cost £75 it cost me.

Yes as joy13 said best way was take a lighter to it so I used blow torch to make sure definetly worked and 1 was quite deep into a hole. Wasnt keen on the idea of lemon juice because I would have killed my fish

hi yes if you look at threads i have started there is one around why my angel died. it was my fault and sorry about it but lesson learned even though hard way and the fact the fish suffered which i feel bad about.

Ordered my clowns today. I am trying to introduce a minstrel and a common clown together because I couldnt decide what I wanted so I got one of each. Pets at home are introducing them into there tanks first so I dont have to take a chance and then have to rip my tank apart to fish one out :-)
