I have a few female platys in a tank and they've never been exposed to a male since they were born....however one of the females is developing a gravid spot....I was wondering if there was any way a male guppy could've gotten the platy pregnant?

I just saw a small little see-thru looking snail on a plant in my aquarium and I was wondering what it might be? I've never had snails in this tank before so I guess it hitch hiked in on a plant or something a while ago...It's small...goldish and I can see all of its organs and antenna.
