    Which is better? Freeze dried or fresh?

    i bought some freezedried bloodworms for my betta and he doesn't even try to eat it. i thought he would go nuts eating them and would give me a good show :D also, are the bloodworms supposed to float or sink? i never see them sink down and the other fishes dont eat them.

    Thanks a lot for the welcome. i saw some sand at HD but wasn't sure if it will be right for the tank/fish. so as long as i rinse it well it should be fine? so i guess i will be looking for sand with shell/coral. i imagine that it won't be as fine as "real" sand? btw, its not an issue of money...
