    Angels spawning and eat eggs right after

    Hi everyone. I have 4 angels fish and 2 of them are laying eggs right now. Thing is right after they lay there eggs the eat them. Is this normal? Why are they doing this? This is the second time I have seen this. Any pointers?

    Nitrate question?

    I just did a test and nitrate was at 40ppm after 5 mins then after another 5 mins was at 80ppm Any suggestions on what I should do? Water change? How much?

    Regular water changes

    Some ppl say once a week. Some every two weeks. Some say even a month. What are your thoughts on regular water changes to keep your fish healthy. I'm curious to know cus I'm kinda new to this. Any comments would be much appreciated. Thanks guys
