    the thing is that many sites or books don't even mention the D.g. disease, and they write that they're hardy etc. so you go to the lfs thinking youre going to buy a very "easy to care for" fish. That's why im liking this forum. nothing beats first hand experience :)

    Hi. IMO, danios such as a shoal of giant danios would be a nice addition. i have 8 in my 55g and they are awesome. regarding co 2, i just use plain gravel and fertilizer tabs and the plants are doing very well. cheers
