    Sand in my aquarium water

    I have a problem with my tank. I wanted to take out a plant, but when I did that my bottom substrate (sand for my plants) got out with it and it made my water all cloudy. On top of that sand subtrate, I have gravel btw. So should I let my filter do his thing and let it filter the sand out or...
