    Dead!!

Your tank is not properly cycled. You need to check your ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. You're in a fish in cycle so look it up and be ready to do water changes

Relax dude, You never mentioned you had a 55 gallon for the pleco!

    10 gallon freshwater

There's hundreds of different types of plecos, I'm thinking you have a common pleco which will grow to atleast a foot in length. I would rehome the fish if I were you. It'll be waaaay too big for your tank.

    Your experience with Kribs

I have a pair of Kribs with some Rosy Barbs and Mollies. KriBs get aggressive only when spawning, however your tank should be fine as they like the hang out at the bottom and your other first will keep the top busy which relaxes the Kribs. I say go for it!

    Aquaclear Filter Media

You only need carbon to remove meds from the tank if you've dosed the tank. if you use it replace it every 1-2 months

My 20 gallon grow out (plus stock ideas)

South American Puffers are the exception to the rule. Peaceful but are capable of the occasional fin nip. I'm not 100% wanting to do them though. More ideas!
