    sps water flow

    I have a 55 gallon standard tank..... about 100 lbs of live rock and was wonder how much water flow is needed to keep healthy sps corals. currently i have 2 maxi jet 1200's, 1 on each end of the tank.

    a buddy of mine pulled two of these out of his tank tonight...any ideas?? he seems to think they are bristle worms
