    A few Questions.

The little worms are nothing to worry about, they help clean the tank. Get a magnet cleaner to clean the glass, every day. What type of PS do you have?

    Setting Up a refugium

I have a 125 gallon, The protein skimmer came with the setup (Oceanic), I am going to replace it with a Aqua-C Urchin no matter what I do, I know that a refugium wont get rid of algae already in the tank but it should keep it from spreading. Anyways, I don't have a bubble algae problem, I...

    Setting Up a refugium

I have a little bit of an grape algae problem In my tank, and decided that a good solution would be a refugium. I topoff with RO/DI water from the store and do water changes once every two weeks, It is very frustrating :? . Even the tests are negative, Phosphate is between 0.015 and 0.03, and...

    Triggerfish Jerky- help Pablo live!

On somewhat of a tangent approximately 10% of fish that are caught and released die. So considering that this case, is similar to that of a caught and released Tuna (Which don't breathe while fighting) I'd say the fish has an 80% shot of living if it was out for less than 15 minutes. P.S...

    Well, now, magnesium REAL low...

Supplements may also help, I use C-Balance, but improper use of supplements could lead to algae blooms.

    Lighting for a 180 — Help!

The canopy gets in the way of the light, especially since canopies are not perfectly clear. As for the light it looks very good, and should work well with the tank, and you'll probably be able to keep almost anything in there.

    upgrading to a 150 (filtration?)

You will see a cycle unless it is precured, and very fresh. As for the Biowheels, I would think of replacing them for the future, it will really make water changes less frequent. With a 150 you probably should get a sump, think of it as a future investment. Also I recommend adding alot of LR, It...

    After Wilma

I had a small clownfish that got sucked into the filter when the power came on after the hurricane. I tried to save it, but it died yesterday from stress  . I have lost three fish so far from hurricanes this year, and that doesn't include the sailfin who died as soon as I added him...

Which of these should I submit?

How do I submit them to the calendar, I was talking about the photo contest, which is not anonymous. Unless the winning photo is put in the calendar? I would only put one photo of a clownfish in an anemone in the calendar anyways. I wish I had more of a diverse tank, but my tang died, and I...

Has anyone ever seen this before?

Not usually a bad type of bristleworm, can be a pest to corals/anemones though. I would keep it.

Observation I made about marine life names

Everything is named after something else. I.E computer (compute), mouse, keyboard, etc. They are just trying to be descriptive. P.S. Biologists don't assign common names, but scientific names are just a description anyways.
