    Algea Problems

    I've been trying to get by using tap water but enough is enough. I can't seem to bring the nitrate level down. I just ordered a RO/DI unit. After a few water changes using good water, can I expect the nitrate level to come down? Thanks

    Newbie Qtn on Water Flow

    I am setting up a 135 Gallon FOWLR tank. I currently have two Fluval 404's going but intend to use LR as bio filter. Do I still need power heads or any other type of aerating equipment? Thanks for any comments.
