Can anyone tell me why there is a single extended tentacle on my green hammer and why it's so much longer than the rest? I'm not concerned, just curious if it's a normal thing with hammers.

Is this orange substance the normal waste of a starfish excreting or is it something else to worry about? This orange blotch appears for a few minutes and then disappears and reappears later then goes. This has been happening several times now tonight.
