Just started building a new one from scratch. I'll document it and post it when its done. Shored up the old one as best as I could, and hoping that it holds until I can get most of the new one built and in place. Should have something usable by early next week.

I was having that issue with my Aquaclear 110, and was able to add a few more gallons to bring the water level up much closer to the bottom of the return spout. It's whisper quiet now. HUGE difference.
