    Via Aqua Error Message

    I have a Via Aqua CC-25 chiller that has suddenly started to beep and show an error message of "E-1". I have had the chiller for over a year with no problems. I have tried turning off and unplugging the unit but I keep getting the same message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
