live brine can be gut loaded by dosing the water they are swimming in with phyto or selcon. a good 18 hours should be good. they filter feed the phyto out of the water steve r

i have a bi color angel that pecks at stuff once in while. he really likes clams though. had to get rid of an awesome clam. what is worse about the angel though is that he is amazingly agressive. i dont know if that is par for them but be cautious on the angels in a reef or with passive tank...

BTW, i got my new coralvue 250w SE reeflux in 10K about a week ago. they are awesome! one of, if not the whitest 10K's i have seen. no yellow tint. and my SPS like them more than the 14k. the reef looks more natural. steve r

i ran a dark HOB fuge on my 29g. there were lots of filter feeding worms and various pods. i think it gave me more diversity having a low flow dark area. i would go for it. plus i put one heater in it. its another place to hide stuff, even troublesome hitcher hiker crabs steve r
