I currently have 2 Jack Dempsey, an Oscar, a Pleco, and a yellow striped Raphael Catfish in a 75 gallon tank. I'm wondering if I would be able to introduce a couple of blood parrots? Another question slightly off this topic. Is aquarium salt really necessary. Also, will it harm the catfish?

Live in Rockford Illinois. I need to find a dedicated fish only store. Not a petco, petland, petsmart, etc kind of store. A real fish store were people know what they are talking about and plenty of selection. Does anyone know of a place??

Adding to this as I have one, they bury themselves deep in dark crevices and small unseen areas of the tank. You never really see them as they don't come out unless you take everything out for a cleaning. However they are very useful. They eat up all the leftover food scraps in the tank when...
