Ive been using these bags for many years nd helps keep my water levels correct, learned that trick from my dad nd since then i have fish living for years, 16inch pleco for example 3-4 years old. No problems since. So i would highly reccomend them.

I appreciate the advice, but im not talking about the bio-bag, im talkin about the ammonia bags, the white stones. It removes ammonia toxins nd only that.

I use ammonia bags in all my aquariums. And it never occured to me to change them, do i even need to? I give them the usual quick rinse or whatever. But some ive had in my aqauriums for a couple years now. Any help would be great thanks.

After moving my one pair of breeding angels into another tank which was a 20H. I have 3 angels left in my 30 nd now 2 are a breeding pair some luck i have haha right.

I usually put all rocks i find outside in the oven, and bake them at a smooth 400 degrees. Havent had a problem with this method in years.

Is the other angel aggressive? Are there any other fish in the tank that would abuse this fish. He may have injured himself on decoration. Or another fish is just bullying him around. Any fins nipped or scrapes on his sides?

Defintly cory eggs, my cory's did the same thing. They laid eggs on plant leaves and the side of the glass. Got to watch open eggs because once fish find them they will be gone in no time. Good luck next time

I did save some fry, i have about maybe 12-14 of them. Worked out well for all the chaos i went through haha. My proven pair will be in a 20high to keep on breeding.
