I just had 2 clownfish that have passed due to, what is suspected to be, tail and fin rot. Should I do a water change in the tank or should I be ok? Does it linger in the tank?

I agree with Jones. Again I haven't been in the hobby long, but I do feel confident in the answer. you should dose ammonia 4ppm and if it goes to 0 within 24 hours then your tank is cycled.

I like all three too. The first one is really need with the coves and holes in the rock. The second one is different. The last one is prety cool as well. I think if I was going to pick out of these 3 I would do the last one.

I believe he was talking about a bar bottom in fuge. I want to do that too with my fuge.

I would "glue" those top pieces onto the main structure to make sure they don't fall off. I would try to create more caves for fish to hide in IMO.

I have come up with another question. I'm going to get a Mag 9.5 for my return pump and now I'm going between 2 different size overflows. I don't know if I should go for the one that is rated for 800 gph or the one rated for 1200 gph. Opinions?

There are Salifert tests too, but I hear that Red Sea tests are good and they are refillable too.
