All the readings above are from the tank (which had water change about a week ago. I have filled a glass with tap water this morn and will test it after 24hours I was morn concerned of the ammonia an nitrate levels, seem to be the same as when I first started testing the water ?

I have a black moor goldfish in quite a small tank. The rena superclean 40 filter seems to be doing a good job as the water seems very clear. I have noticed that the glass seems to get a bit mucky though, is this normal? Thought the filter would stop that?

Is the ph level something to be concerned about? I read that ph for goldfish should be around 7.5?

Hi all, Looking for some advice, recently acquired a black moor with 4gallon tank and hob filter don't know what make I have ordered a test kit for cycling but the filter is making a racket, can anyone recommend a new filter for this size tank?

Test kit still not arrived :-( On top of that the filter has been getting louder and louder. It's now making a racket, having to turn the tv up quite loud. Any recommendations?
