So I just got my tank for my reef tank that I want to build, $100 brand new still in the cardboard and wrapping. I was looking for some ideas for fish, invertebrates and coral. The one fish that I do want to get thou is the black and white clown fish, I forgot it's name lol.

I plan in doing some corals and some fish.

I'm looking at starting a saltwater tank, I was planning in doing a 75 gallon tank. Besides the tank what else would I have to buy? I have a couple fresh water tanks but I really want a saltwater tank.

Yea, that's why I got mine in a tank by himself, ive heard they also like to rip up live aquarium plants too, they are a pain in the butt, however they are so cool to watch

Probably not, unless it's a tank full of surface swimmers, when they are small they don't bother fish to much but when the get bigger they will grab them and eat them

He is full of energy and fun to watch, he is by far my favorite

I just got a used 30g tank, cleaned it and set it up last night. I'm planning on doing a planted tank. Any ideas for stocking it? Here are some before and after pictures of cleaning. Once the water clears up ill post another picture.

I got a nice deal on a 5g tank and I wanted to use it as a experiment tank for a planted tank as I have never tried one before. I want to use sand as a substrate but I was wondering if I had to put soil or something under the sand for the plants. What should I use for lighting?

I'm in the path of the hurricane that's heading up the easy coast, I need advice on what to do if I lose power to keep my fish alive. I have 2 10 gallon tanks, both are fully cycled.

Would a betta and 2 or 3 neon tetras be ok in a 10g tank?

Finally got my old 10g tank out of storage and set up few weeks ago, now I have 2 10gs in our apartment. My girlfriend didn't seem to happy about having 2 tanks so I went out yesterday and bought her 2 angel fish for the new tank, she is happy now haha
