i got 2 of these plants yesterday, and it says they are bunches of anarchis, is this right? if so, is there any way i need to plant them and make them healthy?

i've had a kind of white/albino betta now for about 5 or so months and she just recently started getting dark and like a shiny green/blue color on her..i don't think it's a fungus or disease because it looks like her scales are changing color..can somebody tell me if this is normal? she is more...

i want to do a planted tank, but i don't really know what you need or what to buy for the look i want. i really want the grassy stuff all over the bottom but i'm not sure what to do. i have that crushed rock substrate and i don't know if that makes a difference, help!
