Can anyone tell me what this is in the center of the picture it moves very slow like a Snail and blends in very good with my rock.

It is similar to my emerald crabs but it has a hairy body here are some pics best I could get cause he won't leave the rock about the size of a half dollar and there is also a smaller one that looks the same he is about the size of a dime

First do I need to put all new sand in or can I use what is in my 60 now it's only been in there for 7 months also salt water use what's in the tank and make up some to fill the rest of the new tank or do I go 50/50
