Why is green hair alge bad? Also these little centipede looking critters are on the rock as well... Also really small worms... Are they bad too?

Are they safe to have in a FOWLR tank? I just got this rock from my LFS and it came with beautiful life on it and plants etc.

Oh believe me haha I called and emailed many times. Left numerous voicemails and even started a "reefrocks.net" thread and many buyers got the same cold shoulder treatment. All and all people say it arrives beautifully but takes forever. I will continue to call and leave a voicemail everyday...

Also bought 40lbs of sand and 50lbs of dry rock from reefrocks.net but STILL waiting for them to be delivered... Been over 2 weeks :( I can add that in immediately when I get it right?
