Ye this is a male.. the females have a solid black horizontal line, couple of dashes across the top of their body. Have you heard of the hybrids i mentioned.

She proberly trying to hold on to the other fry because she doesnt feel safe. Try her in the box for a week or untill she drops the rest but you might have missed some........ them couple could be the last of them... if the platty is a clear scaled one you might be able to see the black fry...

Ye most frozen is fine. Brineshrimp, bloodworms anything like that. just not large bits like muscles unless u av a plec or catfish they like the odd one. Try live brineshrimp thats always good to watch.

Ive been trying to look into fighter fish but not a great deal about on their breeds. Chinese? Japanese? Facey? Half moon? Spikey? Are all different in looks but is this just a selective breeding thing? Is their a type thats more value than the others?

Does anyone have a breeding group of african cichlids for sale. I dont mind pick up im in cambridge. I have a large empty tank ready to go just hoping to find something niice and attractive.
