Any advice on whether this water quality is ok for tetras, guppies, and swordtails?

Did a water change today. There was to many fry all over the place to even consider vacuuming the gravel. They don't move out of the way and I'm to worried about sucking anyone up. There only three days old so maybe I'll give them a couple of days before I attempt it again. I am a little worried...

I'm going to try and make my own trap for a dedicated fry tank. I would like it to be big enough to keep her in there for a few days and have large enough holes in the bottom for the fry to fall threw but not big enough for her to get out. Anyone make one like this? Any photos would be great. Thanks

If I put a filter or mesh over the tube opening, I won't get any particles picked up either?

If I change the water, wont I suck up the fry, or is there a special way to do it?

Should I leave the light on all the time for them or turn it off at night like I do with the other fish?

GH is 180, KH is 180-240, pH is 7.5-8.0

Removed the tetras just in case. Any advice on feed for the new fry?

Female guppy just had babies. She's all done and have moved her back to main tank. Do I have enough cover in this tank to protect them from the six Neon Tetras that are in the tank?
