Okay, new development - all the fins on her belly are frayed and look about half the length they were. What the heck is going on? She seems so sad :(

Pretty well settled, thanks TomK2 :) The babies are doing really well - four mollies. I don't think the swordtail made it, but you never know. I still have to watch the ammonia level, but PWCs keep it under control. Everyone seems pretty content :D

I used Bio-Spira myself and had zero readings for a long while. I'm still not totally sure it worked, because my first batch of fish died, but I believe the fish were ill when I got them, so I can't blame Bio-Spira. Good luck!
