Hi thanks I'm only doing a low planted tank because I only have a 110 litre tank, I was looking at the tetra complete as a substrate with gravel on top, and low maintenance plants and a change of lighting. Thanks

I have decided to try my hands at changing my tropical aquarium to a planted aquarium, there is so much different information online about substrates and lighting, I don't really no were to start any tips would be great thanks

The reason I asked about airstone is because my fish were gasping once and I was advised on airstone to help with the oxygen in tank

I would just carry on changing the water and removing any excess waste daily, I also use filter boost everyday that really helped with my cycling. Good luck hope your fish keep well

Do you have a airstone? It sounds like lack of oxygen in the tank
