Well I bought it cured, but there was still obviously some die off when I received it. Still have to brush it again because there is still a few black patches on a few pieces, but still no ammonia or nitrites. Kinda weird.

There wasn't much die off at all. I've got a bunch of green coraline on it right now too.

It was shipped next day air, and I received it at 12:00pm. So, I'm good putting in my main tank?

I've recently bought 40lbs of LR and put in my quarantine tank. (Which water was taken directly from my 75g) I've done a few water changes and my ammonia and nitrites are both reading 0. I've only had the rock in since last Friday, is it posibble the rock has already cycled?

So it's ok to have the pistol shrimp? I've heard of a goby and shrimp having some sort of connection, what exactly happens? Is he supposed to lure the pistol out of hiding??

Guys, Thanks for all the replies. I did forget to mention a few important things I completely forgot about. I've got a pistol shrimp (I'm positive I need to get him out, and I've also got about six bristle worms (two about 10 inches) in my tank. Should I have these removed too?

If he was caught with cyanide, generally how long would one last? I've had mine for over 3 monthes and he's really doing great. He is still alittle skidish, but is alone now with my foxface. (My poor CB passed away two weeks ago)

Not too worried about time. I just can't understand why Fosters cost so much? I just PM'd Darrin, I'm sure he'll offer me something reasonable. Even if I spend 200 bucks, that will pay for itself in less than six monthes.

Are tunicates good or bad? I have never seen my tang or foxface go for either. The plants look like little cloves. For instance a stem will have like six or seven of these small little cloves on it.

Not sure, I think the pressure is pretty good compared to previous homes I've lived in. So what you're saying is that the more filters the less waste water I've got?

Geez, Thanks for all the replies so quick! I do have a few emerald crabs also that I bought and have been healthy for a month now. I did the usual, placed the bag in the aquarium for about half hour and then dropped them in. Also, no I have not used any copper based meds.
